11. You are not considered experienced by working for four or five years to those who have dedicated their lives to practicing. However, you are considered an expert to those who are just beginning. Be aware of both perspectives please.

12. Be open to learning. I believe that everyone has something to teach. I am now researching something that you may already be an expert in!

13. Be open to teaching and not preaching. This doesn’t mean that you have to give away a spell that took you months or years to perfect but it does mean to give points that the other person can begin their research.

14. Your point of view may not be welcomed by others and you should be okay with that. You may not like what I have to say. Okay. This is my opinion and doesn’t have to be yours.

15. Do not ask for help if you aren’t prepared to work! I cannot stress this enough! Someone may just give you a clue. Go with that clue and thank them for their help. So many people ask for spells that they just have to put together like a puzzle for 2 year olds and then are upset when they have to actually do anything.
