Deposit is non refundable to purchase a custom hat. You will have your choice of colors available your choice of flowers and tulle. Choices will be made through text or email. If I am out of certain colors, I will need to order and it may take up to 45 days to get it in. Buy making this purchase, you agree to that duration. If I am unable to get the specific colors available in, you may choose a different color or your money will be refunded. Color choice below indicated hat color. To choose your tulle color, please write that in the comments. Flowers will be chosen to match as best as possible and you will have approval before they are attached.
