This is a deposit for a custom order top hat. This is non refundable so please make sure that you understand and agree to the terms.
Top hats are ordered if I don’t have the size in stock and may take up to an additional 45 days for me to get in before I can start to decorate them. Then, each step can take up to three days. Therefore, it may take up to 65 days total after placing the order before completing your hat. If I have the blank hat in stock, it can still take up to a week and a half to two weeks due to gluing time and if I have the other items in stock or I have to purchase.you are agreeing to this when placing your order.
Size 59 and 61 can only be ordered on black at this time.
