This is based on a couple of different recipes that I’ve found and combined them to come up with my best selling blend. It is so good that I have to make a new batch at least every three days. I suggest rolling it under your nose and on your pulse points. I get anxious when I drive over the causeway and so I put some oil at the top of my steering wheel and on my vents so that it blows on my face. Does not take the place of seeing your Dr and taking your prescription meds but see if your doc approves the addition of my oil. Anti Anxiety oil
